Finding Flow: working with trance states, vibration and the element of water w/ Saewon Oh

Part creation ritual, guided journey, and alchemist's lab, this workshop calls forth the element of water, as shapeshifter, living source and master of flow. By harnessing 'waterfall technology' and vibrational essence* making techniques, participants will embark on an alchemical process where we free our writer's block, express fluidly and create medicine from our findings. 

*Essences are vibrational energetic medicines formulated in water, made with natural sources such as flowers, gemstones, vibratory language and sound. 

Come prepared with a glass of drinking water and an empty glass jar or tincture bottle.

Saewon Oh is an essence maker, energy worker, hypnosis practitioner, healing artist and founder of Sun Song, an embodied research lab for plant collaboration, journeywork, earth based healing, and vibrational essence therapy.
